When will my order arrive?

We have this detailed in our shipping section. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact customer service to request an order cancellation. If production has not already started on your order, we will be happy to cancel and issue a refund. Due to our fast production process, we may not be able to accommodate all cancellation requests. If an order has been produced but not yet shipped, we can process as a return.

How do I format a monogram?

We will copy & paste your personalization as ordered, so please double-check spelling and monogram format. Traditional monograms are formatted in the First, Last, Middle initial order.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact customer service with your request. We will make every effort to change your shipping address if your order has not already been shipped.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We strive to fulfill all orders quickly as indicated in our Shipping Info section. Expedited shipping beyond our standard shipping policy is not available.

Can I change my order?

Please contact customer service to request any changes to an order. If production has not already started, we will be happy to make those changes. Due to our fast production process, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

How do I return or exchange an item?

What if my order arrived incorrect or damaged?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Please e-mail a photo of the item received to customer service and we will make things right!
