Shipping & Returns


We proudly offer fast order processing and shipping! Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for personalized orders. Estimated processing time does not include holidays or weekends. In most cases, orders placed after 2pm CST will not begin processing until the following Monday.

Free shipping on orders $50 and higher (calculated after discounts and before tax). $3.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $50.

Items will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

We only ship to addresses within the US, APO/FPO, and US Territories. Local pick-up is not available.

We are not responsible for errors in delivery made by the postal service. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be re-sent.


Return Policy

*Please note - Any product purchased through is subject to the Jane return policy.  Please work with Jane to see if your purchase is able to be returned.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not pleased with your item(s) read over the return policy and fill out this FORM.

Any item you purchased must be returned within (14 days) of receipt, we have three different options to better serve you: exchange item(s), receive online credit or a refund in the original form of payment.

  • Returned items must be unworn & unwashed.
  • Personalized/Monogrammed items can NOT be returned do to the personalization.
  • When the item is returned, we will review it. If the item does not meet our return policy criteria we have the right to NOT issue store credit or a refund.
